This is my own 416-page, 8.5 x 11-inch self-published book that I wrote in conjunction with a Minnesota CSA organic farm. It is an accessible guide to preparing and cooking over 50 different fruits, vegetables, and herbs for both the novice and experienced cook. Perfomed research, writing, permissions, graphics acquisition and processing, interior and cover design, layout, and printing coordination.
